Apple Cinnamon Toddy

To craft a holiday season twist on the hot toddy mix:

1.5 oz bourbon or vodka

1 oz Apple Cinnamon Shrub

.5 oz lemon juice

4 oz hot water

Combine all ingredients in a mug or heat tolerant glass. Stir and garnish with a cinnamon stick. Cheers!
