Shipping FAQ

We are a small company that makes every effort to ensure that you receive your craft mixers and garnishes quickly and in excellent condition. Let us answer a few questions for you about our shipping policy.

Our final shipping date before December 25th will be Monday, December 21. Orders received before 10 am that day will be shipped out. Orders received later than the cutoff time will be shipped the following Monday, December 28th.

We make every effort to process orders for shipping within 48 hours of receiving the order.

As a small, owner run business, we are at the whims of our shipping service providers and we cannot guarantee delivery dates. To keep your and our costs down we ship all orders via USPS and UPS ground. If you are sending a gift or placing a time sensitive order, we recommend placing your order at least ten days before the desired delivery date.

We primarily use USPS for all shipping. Occasionally we will use UPS as well. If your mailing address and your physical address are different, please note that when you order.

If a product is damaged during shipping, we will glady replace it. Contact us with your order number and what was damaged and we will reship those products.
