Rhubarb Aperol Spritz

For a refreshing twist on one of our favorite drinks, a spritz mix:

1 oz Aperol

1 oz Rhubarb Honey Shrub

3 oz prosecco

Add Aperol and rhubarb honey shrub to a wine glass filled with ice. Stir. Add prosecco and stir again. Garnish with an orange half-moon and rhubarb ribbon. Cheers!
